About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of postcarepartners.com (the “site”), operated by Post Care Partners, LLC. Care services themselves are provided under a separate written service agreement, which governs if it conflicts with these terms.
Non-medical services
Post Care Partners provides non-medical, in-home support such as transportation, errands, meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, and help with activities of daily living. Although our care partners are certified nursing assistants (CNAs), we do not provide medical care, including wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, bandage or dressing changes, or head-to-toe assessments.

Content on this site, including blog articles, is for general information only and is not medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your physician and surgical team. In an emergency, call 911.
Consultations and scheduling
Booking a free consultation does not create a client relationship or obligate you to purchase services. Online scheduling is provided by a third party (Calendly) and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Services, pricing, and availability are confirmed during your consultation and in your service agreement.
Eligibility
Our services are available to adults 18 and older within our service area.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we have not authorized.

The Post Care Partners name, logo, text, and images on this site belong to Post Care Partners, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
